Instagram Comment Finder
Looking for one comment in a long thread? Paste a public post or reel link, then search its comments by keyword or username.
Free plan: 2 comment views and 2 likes views per day. Copy the link from Instagram's share menu, or paste a bare post code.
How it works
- 1
Copy the link of the post or reel the comment is on.
- 2
Paste it above to load that post's comments.
- 3
Type a word or username in the search box to find matching comments.
Find a comment on a post in seconds
Instagram has no search box for comments. On a busy post, finding the one reply you remember means scrolling forever. Our comment finder loads a post's comments and lets you filter them instantly by what was said or who said it.
What it can and can't do: it searches the comments on the post you paste. It does not search every comment on Instagram, and it can't list all comments a particular account has made across other posts. Instagram doesn't make that data available, and tools that claim otherwise aren't being straight with you.

FAQ
How do I find a specific comment on an Instagram post?
Paste the post or reel link above. When the comments load, type a word, phrase or username into the search box. Only matching comments stay visible, with the match highlighted, and a count shows how many matched.
Can I find every comment a user has left across Instagram?
No, and no honest tool can. Instagram doesn't offer a way to look up all of one account's comments across the platform. Our comment finder searches the comments on the specific post you paste, so it's ideal when you know which post someone commented on.
Is this an Instagram comment search engine?
It's a search for a single post's comments, not a search engine over all of Instagram. Paste one post link, and you can search that post's loaded comments by text or username in an instant.
Does the comment finder search all comments or only some?
It searches the comments that have been loaded for that post. Free views load the first page of comments; Premium can load more pages, and the search covers everything loaded so far.
Do I need an Instagram account to look up comments?
No. The comment lookup works without logging in, and the post's author can't see that you searched their comments.
